Payment

All payments are due in either cash, Visa or Mastercard, Zelle, or CashApp.

If you are running late, please let us know in advance. You will have a 10 minute grace period. If you are more than the allowed grace period time you may be subject to a late fee and or services may be cancelled at artist discretion.

Cancellations should be made within 24 hours or more, prior to your appointment.

No Shows are automatically banned from booking future appointments.

There will be no refunds after the service is rendered. If for some reason you have an issue with your nails, you will have 24 hours to communicate your issue to us and come get them fixed at the earliest convenience.

• To ensure the best possible results, I kindly request that you arrive for your appointment with clean, natural nails that are free of any products such as gel-polish, hard-gels and/ or acrylic.
  

• I do not fill-in other hall technician's work, however, I offer a soak-off service along with a fresh set. This option is available as an add-on when booking your appointment.
  

• I believe in providing the best nail artistry experience for my clients. My goal is to ensure that each client receives personalized attention and high-quality service. I understand that this level of artistry requires time and attention to retail. If you appreciate the value of taking the time to create beautiful nail art, then I am the nail technician for you.
